JIMK reports:

"The Mathews Democrats first meeting of the New Year

was congenial,informative and most enjoyable.

The Webb victory has given us a lift to enjoy.
Although Ralph Northam addressed us at the onset he stayed
with us during the old and new business and after the meeting
adjourned. When Jen spoke of the coming JJ Dinner and speaker Obama
anticipation filled the room. We can fill two tables if 20 sign up
to go. Being so pleasant outside, conversations continued with
Ralph there following adjournment. We are most enthused to have such
an outstanding and promising candidate for the Virginia Senate
though yet to be officially announced. 2007 can be a very good year!"
