Mathews Democrats reorganized today, getting ready for an active year. The meet and greet before the regularly meeting was as my children would say "neat". Dennis Kucinich said many times, you are the one you've been waiting for. He was right. Thanks again Cynthia for your inspiring and informative leadership. Thanks more for your continuation. I have not given up on President Obama.   Having read both of his books, I think I have a little insight into his character and style. He is a true believer. We all know the condition this country was in when it was turned over to him.   He has accomplished much more during his first year than other presidents including FDR. No other president had a TV network such as FOX News dedicated to his discredit, destruction and demise. I am going to continue to promote good government and help and encouraged persons of character and commitment to the public good to take up the challenge and lead. And to hold them accountable when elected to public office. Much of my life has been dedicated to providing needed health care to all and I continue that mission. I too am concerned that we move more in that direction and believe a single payer public option is the ideal, a standard to which we the people aspire. Press on is my motto.
