   Welcome to the Mathews County Democratic Committee of Virginia home page.

This Committee operates under the following fundamental principles:

  to work toward a government at federal, state and local levels which will fairly represent the interests of the persons within Mathews County
  to support and foster public institutions, including the public schools, that improve the quality of life in the County:             

  to encourage the participation of all Democrats, as well as all those who share our Democratic perspective, in the political process.

The Committee's monthly meeting is the first Saturday of every month in the Historic Courthouse at 2:00 PM  unless otherwise posted. Democrats, friends, and members of the public are always welcomed warmly at all gatherings. Call for information  Jen Little at 804 725 3647
